CELANDINE CAPSULE COLLECTION

Created as a comprehensive product development project for Anthropologie's Celandine private label, this collection follows the complete design process from initial concept to market ready product. Beginning with runway trend analysis and consumer research, a seasonal narrative inspired by season 3 of White Lotus was developed to establish the collection's aesthetic. Every design decision, from silhouette selection to fabrication, color, and pricing, was made with the brand's existing customer, assortment, and price architecture in mind.

The project encompasses every stage of the product development process, including concept and mood development, seasonal color palette creation, fabric selection, original hero and coordinating print design, technical flats, line sheets, digital product renderings, garment specifications, tech packs, bills of materials, sourcing, costing, and retail pricing. By combining creative storytelling with technical execution and commercial strategy, the final collection demonstrates the full lifecycle of bringing a private label fashion collection from an initial idea to a production ready line.
